SEDCO provides business coaching and mentoring services to the Youth Enterprise Revolving Fund’s (YERF) first and second-cycle beneficiaries. These beneficiaries come from the four geographical regions of the country and they have been clustered into 9 geographic zones. The key objective of the business mentoring sessions is to equip entrepreneurs with skills and knowledge that will enable them to run successful businesses, find markets, provide high-quality products, maintain accurate financial records, analyse business overall performance and most importantly manage debts which includes paying the YERF monthly loan instalments.
